The main task of the Agency is assistance to companies, local and regional authorities and non-governmental organizations in the Lower Danube Euroregion to forcefully stimulate economic cross-border activities and to realize programs of cross-border cooperation.

The main principle of the Agency’s activity is building partnership between private companies, authorities, non-profit, non-governmental organizations, providing access to consulting services, training and information databases.

Main activities comprise:

• information and data provision, assistance in establishment of contacts between business-structures of the Euroregion
  
• assistance for investment attraction for businesses
  
• provision of information services and consultations on regional development and cross-border cooperation
  
• attraction of financial organizations for solving socio-economic problems of Lower Danube in Odessa Oblast and in other members of ‘Lower Danube’ Euroregion
  
• the development and realisation of programs and projects in all spheres of cross-border cooperation
  
• assistance for development of cross-border cooperation within the framework of ‘Lower Danube’ Euroregion
